The Pit Crew

The Pit Crew Documentary

Even before Kula had a name, Micah Yeackley, co-founder of Kula, built a prayer team for his own business. As Kula started to grow amongst the founders, the pit crew started to pray into Kula's growth and future to impact communities around the world. They still pray weekly for Kula to this day. In October 2025 they all met together in person in the Cotswolds, UK, to share their stories and unite together.

This documentary has been a project that I have had in mind for years, to finally get all the laddies from across the world together. It was an honour hearing their stories and listening to these incredible women dedicate their time to praying for others. I learnt the power of consistent prayer and the value of friendship.

When interviewing these laddies I was eager to capture who they naturally are. So much goes into creating a film like this, so much that I sadly can’t capture. But sometimes those moments are needed to be left untouched, in order to make what is documented special.

There is so much more I want to share but I’ll leave it up to the film to do the talking. Meet the Pit Crew and learn about how Kula started through their journey.
